PRIMA OIL PASTELS

Bonjour,

Me voici aujourd'hui de retour avec un nouveau projet, et pour moi, une nouvelle expérience ! Voici la suite de mes travaux réalisés avec mon dernier kit, 'WONDERFUL', de SCRAPS OF ELEGANCE. Ici, pour mon deuxième tutoriel avec ce kit, j'ai utilisé les pastels à l'huile de PRIMA MARKETING qui étaient présents dans le kit créatif. Je dois vous avouer tout d'abord, que cela faisait bien longtemps que j'avais entendu parler de ce genre de produit, j'étais déjà plutôt très très intéressée par ce produit, mais jusqu'il y a quelques jours je n'avais encore jamais utilisé de pastels à l'huile ... Voilà pour dire vrai ! J'étais donc bien contente de découvrir le produit dans e kit du moi d'avril ! Un vrai challenge pour moi ! Cela a été une nouvelle occasion de pousser mes limites, un vrai défi ... bon, je ne sais pas vraiment si le résultat est satisfaisant, je n'ai pas assez de recul, et ne suis pas du tout objective ! J'espère que vous me direz ce que vous pensez de ce premier exercice !

I am today back with a new project, and for me, a new experience! Here is the result of my work done with my last kit, 'WONDERFUL' kit of SCRAPS OF ELEGANCE. Here, for my second tutorial with this kit, I used the PRIMA MARKETING oil pastels who were included in the creative add-on. First of all,i must say , it was a long time I had heard of this kind of product, rather I was already very very interested in this product, but until a few days I had never used oil pastels ...So I was glad to discover the product in the April kit ! A real challenge for me! This was a new opportunity to push my limits, a challenge ... well, I do not really know if the result is satisfactory, I do not have enough experience, and am not at all objective! I hope you tell me what you think of this first exercise!

Aujourd'hui, c'est le kit de février de SCRAPS OF ELEGANCE que je viens présenter. Je ne le reçois jamais en avance, plutôt dans un mois toujours bien entamé, mais cette fois-ci c'est en plus avec un peu de retard que je viens publier mon premier projet réalisé avec ce nouveau kit, GARDEN GALA :

I share you today the February kit of SCRAPS OF ELEGANCE . I never get it in advance, rather in a month still well underway, but this time i have a little delay too and I just published my first project with this new kit, GARDEN GALA:

Pour ce premier projet, j'ai travaillé avec le kit principal le kit d'embellissements, et le kit créatif.

J'ai travaillé avec les cartes Ephemera de Prima , et j'ai mélangé ce style 100 % vintage avec les couleurs très vives , rose et or, présentes dans le kit créatif avec la présence des 2 gelatos. Pour la mise en couleur de cette double-page, j'ai principalement travaillé avec des gelatos, vous retrouverez toutes les étapes de mon travail au travers de la vidéo ci-dessus, n'hésitez pas à prendre quelques temps pour visionner le tutoriel !

I worked with the Ephemera cards from Prima, and I mixed this 100% vintage style with beautiful bright colors with both gelatos included in the creative add-on. I mainly worked here with gelatos, you can find all the steps of my work through the video above, please take some time to watch the tutorial :))

ART-JOURNAL nouveau + VIDEO

Me voilà de retour aujourd'hui avec du art-journaling réalisé avec le kit d'octobre de SCRAPS OF ELEGANCE. Pour cette nouvelle double-page, j'ai réalisé une vidéo de mon process créatif du début à la fin que vous trouverez ci-dessous.

Ici , j'ai travaillé avec la collection 'Royale Menagerie' de Prima qui était dans le kit, et un certain nombre d'éléments présents dans le kit ; pour la liste complète, vous la trouverez en fin de vidéo.
I come back today with art journaling made with the October SCRAPS OF ELEGANCE kit. For this new double-page, I made a video of my creative process from Start to Finish that you will find below.

Here, I worked with the Royal Menagerie collection from Prima that was in the kit, and a number of items in the kit; for the complete list, you will find it at the end of video.

Une nouvelle fois, j'ai dû ressortir mes petits pots de Brushos que j'adore maintenant. Je suis toujours dans l'attente de voir comment ces poudres vont réagir sur le papier et à chaque fois que la magie opère, c'est toujours surprenant. C'est nouveau pour moi, et j'aime essayer de nouvelles choses !
Côté technique : encre liquide, brushos, collage, gesso, encre de chine et tampons.

Mais pour tous les détails techniques précis, je vous invite à visionner ma vidéo qui en dit davantage !
Once again, I had to take my new Brushos that I really love now. I am still waiting to see how these powders will react on paper and every time the magic is always surprising. This is new for me, and I like to try new things!
Technical side: liquid ink, brushos, collage, gesso, India ink and clear stamps.

ART-JOURNAL avec FabScraps

Je pense bien que mon envie de mixed media façon art-journaling est plutôt revenue de façon très active ! En effet, les couleurs qui explosent sur le papiers comme je veux, de façon très spontanée et le mélange de tout réuni sur une double-page ne me fait plus du tout peur à présent ! Voici donc une nouvelle double page réalisée avec la collection Serenity de FabScraps, présente dans le kit du mois d'octobre de Scraps Of Elegance.

J'ai utilisé ici un fond de la collection pour ma base . J'ai beaucoup aimé ce fond de part ces écritures de différentes polices, tailles différentes, un mélange d'écritures anciennes et modernes, des designs colorés et cette couleur bleue que j'ai donc réutilisée dans mon travail.

Côté technique : collage de texture masking tape, tissu tape, gesso, tampons, pochoir, Silks Acrilic Glaze, encre de Chine.

I think that my desire to mixed media with art journaling is back ! Indeed, colors that explose very spontaneously on the paper as I will, and mixing everything together on a double-page it does not scare me anymore now! So here is a new double page made with the Serenity collection from FabScraps included in the kit of October of Scraps Of Elegance.

Here I used a sheet from that collection for my base. I loved this base with these writings of different fonts, sizes, a mixture of ancient and modern writings, colorful designs and the blue color I therefore reused in my work.

Technical side: texture collage with masking tape, tissu tape, gesso, stamps, stencils, Silks Acrilic Glaze, China ink.
