Voici aujourd'hui une nouvelle page réalisée avec le nouveau kit d'avril de Scrap Of Elegance, appelé, "Lynne's Garden Terrace".
Here is today a new layout made with the new April kit of Scrap Of Elegance, called, "Lynne's Garden Terrace".
Cette fois-ci encore, le kit me convient parfaitement, j'adore cette douceur que l'on retrouve dans tous les éléments du kit, papiers et embellissements. Ce
qui aussi très intéressant, c'est de trouver dans le kit plusieurs
collections de papiers qui s'associent à merveille entre elles, si
bien on peut travailler avec les deux collections en même temps.

This time again, the kit is perfect for me, I love the sweetness that is here in all elements of the kit, papers and embellishments. What is also very interesting is to find in the kit several collections of papers that combine beautifully with each other, so you can work with both collections simultaneously.

J'ai volontairement retourné le papier, pour avoir les planches de bois horizontales de façon à être dans la même trajectoire que le bois du banc qui figure sur ma photo. J'ai trouvé ici une photo qui convient parfaitement pour cette collection de papiers.
J'ai utilisé ici un des magifiques embellissements en résine de Prima (Shabby chic Treasures by Ingvild Bolme- Resin Garden Bugs), je suis vraiment fan de ces résines !
La page est réalisée également avec un bon nombre de couleurs d'encres Lindy's Stamp Gang.
I voluntarily returned the paper to have horizontal planks of wood so as to be in the same path as the wooden bench that is on my photo. Here I found a photo that is perfect for this paper collection.
I used here the gorgeous resin embellishments from Prima (Shabby chic Treasures by Ingvild Bolme- Resin Garden Bugs), I'm really a fan of these resins!

Dans ce kit, on pourra retrouver également un certain nombre d'embellissements en métal, j'adore ce genre d'embellissements : Pour mes projets mixed-media, je trouve qu'ils ont une place intéressantes. Ici, les embellissements étaient de couleur étain foncé. Comme ma page a comme couleur dominante le marron, j'ai désiré changer la couleur d'un embellissement en métal ; C'est très facile à réaliser : j'ai utilisé de l'encre à alcool Adirondack de Ranger de couleur marron, et le changement de couleur est immédiat ; quelques images ci-dessous pour illustration.

In this kit, you will also find a number of metal embellishments, I love this kind of embellishments: To my mixed-media projects, I find they have a interesting spot. Here, the embellishments were in dark pewter color. My layout as the brown as dominant color , I wanted to change the color of this metal embellishment; It's very easy to do: I used brown Adirondack alcohol ink from Ranger , and the color change is immediate; some images below for illustration.
